I graduated with ADN from Trinity Valley Community College in 1999 and worked as a RN primarily in Emergency Dept, as well as pediatrics. Graduated from the University of Texas in 2009 with a BSN and 2011 with a MSN, and received FNP Certification through AANP. I have worked in Primary Care and Emergency Services since. I am a member of AANP and Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honors Society of Nursing. I have been married for 30 years and have 2 grown children and 1 very special grandson. My hobbies include doing projects, working in my yard, and spending time with my family.
